Plain-English terms for UK customers.
Two Weirdos Workshop is an independent maker business based in Fife, Scotland. The legal trader name, geographic correspondence address and customer email must be displayed here before checkout is enabled. The private collection point is shared only when an order is ready.
We aim to describe colours, sizes, materials and finishes accurately. Screens display colour differently and handmade pieces can show small variations, layer lines or natural wood grain. These characteristics are not faults unless the product materially differs from its description.
Our usual production estimate is 5–10 working days. Delivery time begins after dispatch. If capacity, material supply or a failed print causes a meaningful delay, we will contact you and offer a revised date or cancellation and refund.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable UK taxes. Delivery charges are shown before payment. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not receive full card details. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send confirmation.
Tracked UK delivery is currently £3.95, with the carrier estimate shown at checkout. Free Fife collection is by appointment. Please inspect the parcel promptly and tell us if it arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect.
You are responsible for checking submitted names, wording, dimensions and permissions. We may refuse work that is unsafe, unlawful, prohibited or infringes another person’s rights. Approval of a custom proof makes you responsible for errors visible in that proof.
Products must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for any purpose expressly agreed with us. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights. Contact us through the details on the contact page so we can arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
Send a complaint with your order reference and the outcome you want. We will acknowledge it within 30 days and respond without undue delay. You may also seek independent advice from Advice Direct Scotland.
