Returns and cancellations
Standard products normally have a 14-day cancellation period after delivery. Genuine personalised and made-to-specification pieces have different cancellation rules, but faulty or misdescribed goods always retain their legal protections.

Custom work
Permission, feasibility and safe use
You must own or have permission to reproduce submitted designs. We decline weapons, prohibited items, unsafe load-bearing or safety-critical parts, and unauthorised copyrighted designs. A quote is not an acceptance until scope, price and timing are confirmed.

Each listing identifies relevant age guidance, small parts and care needs. Unless expressly stated, pieces are not toys, food-safe, heat-resistant or suitable for safety-critical use. Layer lines, wood grain and small colour differences are normal characteristics of workshop manufacture.
